Does Indoor Elevation Finder tell me which floor someone is on?
No. It shows the relative vertical distance between the tracker and your phone, so you know whether to search above or below you. It does not report a floor number.
Do I need a separate SIM card or mobile plan?
No. The SIM is preinstalled and roaming data is included with a Tack Cloud subscription.
What happens after the 30 days of Tack Cloud?
You continue with a Tack Cloud subscription, which starts from US$2.95 per month on a two-year Standard plan. The Standard plan updates location every 2 minutes in Emergency mode, 10 minutes in Active mode and 60 minutes in Standard mode, and keeps 14 days of location history.
How do I attach the tracker to clothing?
Slide the tracker into the fabric pouch and fasten it through the clothing with one of the pins. The magnetic pen releases the pin when you want to take it off. The neck lanyard is the alternative, with a breakaway release that opens under pressure.
